VENEER AND WOOD FINISHES

Our standard veneer products are constructed using architectural grade maple veneer on 1-1/8” thick high density 45# industrial grade particle board. MDF core will be substituted where appropriate (wood knife edge tops, etc). The standard core meets or exceeds the California Air Resources Board (CARB) Regulation 93120.2 Phase 1 and 2 emissions limits. 

Hardwoods and veneers are hand-stained with wood dye, followed by multiple coats of two-part catalyzed polyurethane. The standard finish is semi-open pore 35 sheen. Full-fill and higher sheen finishes are available by custom quote.
